According to Article 16 of the Commercial Registry Regulation, the MERSIS number, trade name, name and surname of the business owner for real person businesses, residence address and identity number, the center of the business, along with the address of the branch in branches of the business, the field of activity of the business, the capital allocated to the business, and the document showing those authorized to represent the business at the time the document is issued is called the Commercial Registry Certification.
