The Quality of Service
The translation services provided by Alle Publishing Foreign Language Services Consultancy Industry and Trade Ltd. can be shaped according to the specific demands of the customer, although they are of standard quality. Service delivery can be made through digital (email, online panel) or physical (in-hand, cargo) means.
Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
The consumer can use the right to cancel without providing any reason within a maximum of 2 hours from the moment the order is placed. If this period is exceeded, the right to cancel and withdraw is not accepted as the translation process will have started. No fee deductions will be made from the customer for cancellations made within the withdrawal period.
Return Policy
Generally, returns are not accepted after the translation service has been provided. However, if there are erroneous or missing parts in the delivered translation text, the consumer may request corrections, and the necessary adjustments will be made free of charge. Due to the nature of the service, it is outside the scope of returns.
Right of Withdrawal in Promotions and Discounts
The conditions for the right of withdrawal mentioned above also apply to services purchased through campaigns and discounts. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, no cancellation of discount or additional charges will be applied.
Payment Methods and Additional Fees
Payments are accepted by credit card, wire transfer/EFT, and virtual POS. Installment options are not available. In case of withdrawal or cancellation, no shipping or transaction fee deductions will be made.
Non-refundable Services
There is no right of withdrawal in personalized translation services. These services are exempt under the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
