PARTIES
This contract is made between Alle Publishing Foreign Language Services Consultancy Trade Ltd. (Barbaros Mah. Tunalı Hilmi St. Kuğulu İş Center Block B No: 123/147 – Çankaya / Ankara, Tax ID: 0550454539) and the customer who places an online order for translation services.
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract is established to ensure the confidentiality of all information and documents provided by the customer during the online ordering process and used within the scope of translation services by Alle Publishing, preventing sharing with third parties.
DEFINITION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Confidential information; includes personal information shared by the customer through the online form, documents submitted for translation, and all written and verbal information obtained within the scope of these documents, as well as commercial, technical, and financial information related to the translation processes carried out within Alle Publishing.
THE PARTIES' OBLIGATIONS
4.1. Alle Publishing will protect the confidentiality of all information and documents belonging to the client and will use this information only for the performance of the translation service. 4.2. The client agrees that the information shared is accurate and that its confidentiality will be maintained. 4.3. Alle Publishing will not share the client's information with third parties without prior consent and will take all necessary technical and administrative measures. 4.4. In the event that either party violates its confidentiality obligations under the contract, the other party will be compensated for any material and moral damages incurred.
DURATION
This privacy obligation comes into effect with the commencement of the service and continues indefinitely. Even after the service is completed, the parties will continue to protect the confidentiality of the information.
NOTICE
The parties agree that the addresses specified in the contract are valid for notifications, and that notifications sent to these addresses will be deemed valid unless written notification of address changes is provided at least 7 days in advance.
DISPUTE AND AUTHORITY

PARTIES
In the event of any disputes arising from this contract, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall be competent.
