4.1. Alle Publishing will protect the confidentiality of all information and documents belonging to the client and will use this information only for the performance of the translation service. 4.2. The client agrees that the information shared is accurate and that its confidentiality will be maintained. 4.3. Alle Publishing will not share the client's information with third parties without prior consent and will take all necessary technical and administrative measures. 4.4. In the event that either party violates its confidentiality obligations under the contract, the other party will be compensated for any material and moral damages incurred.
