The Parties
This Alle Certified Translation User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement" or "Agreement") is concluded between the user and ALLE PUBLISHING FOREIGN LANGUAGE SERVICES LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Alle Translation"). The website www.allellc.com operated by Alle Translation (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is entered into force at the moment of mutual acceptance between Alle Translation and the natural or legal person who registers under the conditions set forth in this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). The User accepts, declares and commits that they have read the entire text of this Agreement, fully understand its content and agree to all its terms. The User also accepts, declares and commits that they have read the entire text of the Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of this Agreement, fully understand its content and agree to all its terms.

User: The real or legal person who is a member of the Site and benefits from the services offered on the Site under the conditions specified in this User Agreement. Service: Translation, sworn translation, notary approval, apostille approval, and similar language services offered by Alle Translation through the Site. Website: The website where Alle Translation conducts its commercial activities and/or where the Services are offered for sale. Payment Tool: Personal tools such as credit cards, bank cards, electronic money, mobile phones, passwords, etc. used by the User to give payment orders. Payment Account: The account opened on behalf of Alle Translation at Iyzico, used for carrying out payment transactions. Payment Transaction: A series of operations carried out through Iyzico for the purpose of making payments for the Services offered on the Website. Payment Service Provider: Iyzico (licensed payment and electronic money institution) that Alle Translation has partnered with to facilitate payment transactions. Contract: This Alle Sworn Translation User Agreement concluded with the User. Suspicious Transaction: A Payment Transaction that is likely to be assessed as Erroneous/Unauthorized, including situations defined in the Contract.

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the Services offered on the Site, the conditions for benefiting from the Services, and the mutual rights and obligations of the User and Alle Translation. By accepting the provisions of the User Agreement, the User acknowledges that they have accepted all declarations made regarding usage, membership, and the Service within the Site and commits to acting in accordance with these declarations. This Agreement regulates the principles related to the payment services offered by Iyzico to Alle Translation for the collection of the fees for the Services made available for sale through the Internet Site and the rights and obligations of the Parties in this context.
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the Services offered on the Site, the conditions for benefiting from the Services, and the mutual rights and obligations of the User and Alle Translation. By accepting the provisions of the User Agreement, the User acknowledges that they have accepted all declarations made regarding usage, membership, and the Service within the Site and commits to acting in accordance with these declarations. This Agreement regulates the principles related to the payment services offered by Iyzico to Alle Translation for the collection of the fees for the Services made available for sale through the Internet Site and the rights and obligations of the Parties in this context.

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the Services offered on the Site, the conditions for benefiting from the Services, and the mutual rights and obligations of the User and Alle Translation. By accepting the provisions of the User Agreement, the User acknowledges that they have accepted all declarations made regarding usage, membership, and the Service within the Site and commits to acting in accordance with these declarations. This Agreement regulates the principles related to the payment services offered by Iyzico to Alle Translation for the collection of the fees for the Services made available for sale through the Internet Site and the rights and obligations of the Parties in this context.
GENERAL TERMS
4.1. REGISTRATION a) The User will register on the Site by completing the registration processes specified by Alle Tercüme and providing the necessary information. b) After Alle Tercüme approves the User's information, this Agreement will come into force and effect as of the date the Agreement is electronically approved by the User. 4.2. TERMS OF USE a) The User will only be able to use the Service after the Agreement comes into effect. b) Alle Tercüme reserves the rights regarding the following matters: To call the User by phone before the Agreement comes into effect, verify the information, request additional information and documents, and/or, To refuse the User's registration by stating the reason. 4.3. PRINCIPLES REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE PAYMENT SYSTEM 4.3.1. General Principles a) Under this Agreement, Alle Tercüme collaborates with Iyzico to accept and process payments for Services through the Website by the User. b) Alle Tercüme reserves the right to change its own security standard as a result of changes in security standards implemented by Iyzico. c) The User declares that they are aware that the provisions related to the Service fees will be carried out under the conditions specified by Iyzico and that Alle Tercüme has no responsibility for violations or attacks (hacking, phishing) against Iyzico's systems. d) The Services covered by the Site and the Agreement can exclusively be utilized by the User. Any violation of this provision constitutes a breach of the Agreement and will provide sufficient grounds for Alle Tercüme to unilaterally terminate the Agreement. 4.3.2. Additional Regulations Regarding the User's Use of the Site a) Alle Tercüme will ensure that the necessary system tools for using the Site are implemented by the User. b) Alle Tercüme will provide support regarding the use of the Site and is authorized to give instructions about the installation, use, and functioning of the Site. c) In case of cyber attacks, viruses, or similar harmful and unauthorized access performed by third parties to the Site and information, the User will immediately inform Alle Tercüme in writing. d) Alle Tercüme does not allow the User to make changes to their system tools, to interfere with functions other than those anticipated by the system, or to act contrary to the installation and usage instructions of the system tools. Any actions contrary to these issues by the User will constitute a breach of the Agreement.

USER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS REASONS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
a) The User agrees and declares that they will not make any changes to the Site, will not interfere with the functions of the Site, and will use the Site in accordance with the installation and usage instructions. b) The User will comply with the explanations regarding the features of the Services provided by Alle Tercüme and the **"Payment Transaction Rules"** and all updates related to them, and will be responsible for all claims arising from any non-compliance. c) The User will not request or offer services on the Website that are illegal or contrary to Alle Tercüme’s principles of service. In the event that it is determined by Alle Tercüme that the services offered on the Website are unlawful or contrary to the principles of Alle Tercüme, they have the authority to suspend the provision of the Service, in whole or in part. In this context, the Service cannot be used, especially in the following cases: Translation or provision of materials containing content contrary to laws or morals. Translation or provision of materials that may encourage or cause crime. Translation or provision of materials covered by terrorism legislation. Translation or provision of materials containing insults or curses that may damage Alle Tercüme’s reputation with third parties. Translation or provision of materials that violate the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties. d) The rejection of the Payment Transaction or the complete suspension of access to the Site due to the reasons mentioned above does not constitute a violation of the Contract by Alle Tercüme. e) All responsibilities that may arise due to the above-mentioned issues belong to the User, and Alle Tercüme reserves the right to claim any damages from the User together with all its related rights. In the event of damage to Alle Tercüme as a result of illegal or contrary to the principles of Alle Tercüme service requests, the User is obliged to compensate Alle Tercüme for all damages it has suffered, immediately and in full, upon first request. f) The User is obliged to provide information to Alle Tercüme upon request regarding the Services provided/obtained on the Website and the transactions within the scope of the Service. In case the User does not provide information under this provision, Alle Tercüme has the right to refuse to make the transaction related to the payment for the services for which the information is not provided and to suspend the User’s access to the Site. g) The User is obliged to check and ensure whether the Services they requested through the Website are among those mentioned in this article, whether they are Services whose provision is prohibited by laws, and whether the Services are provided in accordance with the applicable regulations. h) The User will fulfill all obligations related to documentation under tax legislation for each Service they purchase through the Website. i) The User will take the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of Sensitive Payment Data. The User will not keep, process, or record Sensitive Payment Data on their own; in important security incidents, they will immediately notify Alle Tercüme of this situation. j) The User accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will not engage in transactions of a cash sale nature that benefit themselves or third parties by making transactions through virtual POS devices on the Website, contrary to their true intentions, using a payment card belonging to themselves or a third person for the purpose of obtaining profit. In the event that such a transaction is detected by Alle Tercüme or official authorities, Alle Tercüme has the right to unilaterally and immediately stop the use of the virtual POS devices and terminate the Contract for breach of contract. In this case, regardless of whether the Contract has been terminated, Alle Tercüme reserves the right to claim any damages.

In case the User does not provide information under this provision, Alle Tercüme has the right to refuse to make the transaction related to the payment for the services for which the information is not provided and to suspend the User’s access to the Site. g) The User is obliged to check and ensure whether the Services they requested through the Website are among those mentioned in this article, whether they are Services whose provision is prohibited by laws, and whether the Services are provided in accordance with the applicable regulations. h) The User will fulfill all obligations related to documentation under tax legislation for each Service they purchase through the Website. i) The User will take the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of Sensitive Payment Data. The User will not keep, process, or record Sensitive Payment Data on their own; in important security incidents, they will immediately notify Alle Tercüme of this situation. j) The User accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will not engage in transactions of a cash sale nature that benefit themselves or third parties by making transactions through virtual POS devices on the Website, contrary to their true intentions, using a payment card belonging to themselves or a third person for the purpose of obtaining profit. In the event that such a transaction is detected by Alle Tercüme or official authorities, Alle Tercüme has the right to unilaterally and immediately stop the use of the virtual POS devices and terminate the Contract for breach of contract. In this case, regardless of whether the Contract has been terminated, Alle Tercüme reserves the right to claim any damages.
THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ALL TRANSLATIONS
6.1. Alle Tercüme's Right to Block Access to the Site a) Alle Tercüme shall have the right to block access to the Site, especially in the event of the following situations. Access will be restored after the aforementioned issue is resolved: If there is a threat of a computer virus targeting the Site, If the User fails to provide the information requested from them under this Agreement (including information that should be made available by the User themselves), If it is determined that the Service is being used in violation of Article 5(c). b) If the situations listed in paragraph (a) of this article are not corrected by the User within 3 days or if the aforementioned situations recur multiple times within 2 months, Alle Tercüme has the right to suspend access to the Site. When the reason for the suspension of the Site is eliminated, Alle Tercüme will reopen the Site after a security check. 6.2. Site Maintenance, Interruptions, and Fault Resolutions a) Alle Tercüme will provide the continuous maintenance, hardware, and technical support necessary for the proper functioning of the Site. In connection with this, Alle Tercüme reserves the right to temporarily stop or limit the operation of the relevant servers in the situations explicitly stated in this Agreement. In this case, the User has no right to compensation. b) Except for the situations explicitly stated in this Agreement, for necessary maintenance, updates, and similar matters, Alle Tercüme will make every effort to carry out interruptions outside of business days, especially in the evenings or at night (between 01:00–06:00), but in emergency situations, interruptions may occur outside of these days and times as well. c) Except for emergencies, Alle Tercüme may inform the User about the interruption in advance by sending an email, enabling the User to take necessary precautions. d) Alle Tercüme does not guarantee that the Site will operate continuously. Alle Tercüme will process payments on time, but is not responsible for delays in transactions due to issues arising from Iyzico or other third-party services. However, they will strive to resolve such issues as quickly as possible and will be in communication with the relevant parties. 6.3. Protection of Personal Information The User accepts that they have been informed that their personal information will be processed, stored, and similar operations (defining and registering in the system) by Alle Tercüme in accordance with the latest version of the Alle Tercüme Privacy and Personal Data Policy published at https://allellc.com/legal/privacy for the purpose of providing the Service. Alle Tercüme is aware that personal data is "confidential information" and is obligated to take the necessary care to ensure the confidentiality of personal information provided to them for this purpose and commits to act in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other relevant regulations.
THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ALL TRANSLATIONS
6.1. Alle Tercüme's Right to Block Access to the Site a) Alle Tercüme shall have the right to block access to the Site, especially in the event of the following situations. Access will be restored after the aforementioned issue is resolved: If there is a threat of a computer virus targeting the Site, If the User fails to provide the information requested from them under this Agreement (including information that should be made available by the User themselves), If it is determined that the Service is being used in violation of Article 5(c). b) If the situations listed in paragraph (a) of this article are not corrected by the User within 3 days or if the aforementioned situations recur multiple times within 2 months, Alle Tercüme has the right to suspend access to the Site. When the reason for the suspension of the Site is eliminated, Alle Tercüme will reopen the Site after a security check. 6.2. Site Maintenance, Interruptions, and Fault Resolutions a) Alle Tercüme will provide the continuous maintenance, hardware, and technical support necessary for the proper functioning of the Site. In connection with this, Alle Tercüme reserves the right to temporarily stop or limit the operation of the relevant servers in the situations explicitly stated in this Agreement. In this case, the User has no right to compensation. b) Except for the situations explicitly stated in this Agreement, for necessary maintenance, updates, and similar matters, Alle Tercüme will make every effort to carry out interruptions outside of business days, especially in the evenings or at night (between 01:00–06:00), but in emergency situations, interruptions may occur outside of these days and times as well. c) Except for emergencies, Alle Tercüme may inform the User about the interruption in advance by sending an email, enabling the User to take necessary precautions. d) Alle Tercüme does not guarantee that the Site will operate continuously. Alle Tercüme will process payments on time, but is not responsible for delays in transactions due to issues arising from Iyzico or other third-party services. However, they will strive to resolve such issues as quickly as possible and will be in communication with the relevant parties. 6.3. Protection of Personal Information The User accepts that they have been informed that their personal information will be processed, stored, and similar operations (defining and registering in the system) by Alle Tercüme in accordance with the latest version of the Alle Tercüme Privacy and Personal Data Policy published at https://allellc.com/legal/privacy for the purpose of providing the Service. Alle Tercüme is aware that personal data is "confidential information" and is obligated to take the necessary care to ensure the confidentiality of personal information provided to them for this purpose and commits to act in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other relevant regulations.
THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ALL TRANSLATIONS
6.1. Alle Tercüme's Right to Block Access to the Site a) Alle Tercüme shall have the right to block access to the Site, especially in the event of the following situations. Access will be restored after the aforementioned issue is resolved: If there is a threat of a computer virus targeting the Site, If the User fails to provide the information requested from them under this Agreement (including information that should be made available by the User themselves), If it is determined that the Service is being used in violation of Article 5(c). b) If the situations listed in paragraph (a) of this article are not corrected by the User within 3 days or if the aforementioned situations recur multiple times within 2 months, Alle Tercüme has the right to suspend access to the Site. When the reason for the suspension of the Site is eliminated, Alle Tercüme will reopen the Site after a security check. 6.2. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE, ERROR AND DAMAGE LIABILITY

Complaint Procedure a) The User shall notify Alle Translation of complaints regarding the Services provided by Alle Translation in the following ways: by sending an email to the email address info@allellc.com, or by sending registered mail to the address info@allellc.com. b) Alle Translation will make every effort to resolve the issue regarding the subject of the complaint. Alle Translation acknowledges, declares, and commits that the employees who will provide support during the resolution process of these issues are qualified. Alle Translation shall not be liable for delays caused by deficiencies in the complaint notification. c) Complaints submitted by the User will include the following information: Reason for the complaint, List of parties involved in the Service, Order or transaction code, if applicable, Detailed description of the problem and possible error messages. d) The User shall not share complaints received from third parties regarding the Site and Payment Transactions and shall be responsible for the verification of the complaint. If the problem does not arise from the Service, the User shall not direct requests made to them directly to Alle Translation. e) Disputes occurring between the User and any third party will be resolved between the relevant parties, and Alle Translation shall not be responsible for these transactions or disputes. If Alle Translation is obliged to pay a fee under this article, the User shall indemnify this amount immediately. f) Complaints will be responded to within a maximum of 20 (twenty) days from the day they are received by Alle Translation. 7.2. Liability for Errors and Damages a) Alle Translation's responsibility regarding the supply or return of the Services offered on the Website to the User is limited to the provision of the Service. Iyzico will be responsible for any disruptions related to payment transactions. b) Alle Translation shall only be liable for direct damages arising from the breach of its obligations under the Contract; it shall not be responsible for damages caused by third parties or Iyzico for which it is not at fault. c) Alle Translation shall not be responsible for failure or delay in transactions due to incorrect or incomplete entry of bank account information by the User after the payment order is given. Additionally, Alle Translation shall not be responsible for delays resulting from unforeseen or unavoidable situations that prevent the Payment Transaction from being carried out or for any errors occurring outside its fault in these transactions and the resulting damages. d) If the User acts contrary to their commitments or obligations under this Agreement, or violates laws or the rights of third parties, resulting in damage to Alle Translation, its officers, directors, and employees, the relevant amounts (including attorneys' fees) shall be paid by the User immediately upon first request with its accessories. Alle Translation may offset these amounts against payments to be made to the User. e) If the User acts contrary to the provisions 4.3.1(d), 7.2(d), and 7.3(h) of this Agreement, they are obliged to pay a penalty of 25,000 TL to Alle Translation. Alle Translation reserves the right to deduct the penalty amount from payments to be made to the User. Additionally, Alle Translation also retains the right to claim damages exceeding the penalty amount. The User agrees that in cases deemed risky (as defined in provisions 4.3.1(d), 7.2(d), and 7.3(h)), Alle Translation may refuse payments to be made to them. 7.3. Liability in Suspicious / Unauthorized / Erroneous Transactions a) In the event the payment is transmitted to Iyzico by the User, Alle Translation will accept the payment upon completion of the approval processes and under the conditions specified in this Agreement. If the payment is not transmitted to Iyzico by the User, Alle Translation shall have no obligation to provide the Service. c) In the case of a report of Erroneous/Unauthorized Transaction to Iyzico regarding any transaction, the User may make a chargeback request within 13 (thirteen) months following the execution of the Payment Transaction. In this case: If the transaction amount was not transmitted to Alle Translation, it will be refunded directly to the User's payment service provider. If the transaction amount has been transmitted to Alle Translation, Iyzico will request the relevant amount to be refunded from Alle Translation. Alle Translation is obliged to perform this refund in accordance with its agreement with Iyzico. Iyzico may offset the relevant amount against payments to be made to Alle Translation. ç) Iyzico particularly has the right to withhold transaction amounts and refrain from making payments to Alle Translation under the following circumstances: If there is suspicion that the Payment Transaction does not comply with legal provisions, If there is suspicion that the Payment Transaction was made without the knowledge of the credit card holder, If there is suspicion that the Payment Transaction was made without the knowledge of the bank account holder, If there is suspicion that the Payment Transaction is not a genuine transaction (excluding test transactions). In the event of documentation of the suspicious situation, the payment will be definitively canceled. d) In the event that Iyzico or Alle Translation has to refund the User or compensate for damages as a result of the above-mentioned situations, all damages and losses incurred will be recourse to the User, and the User shall pay this amount with all its accessories upon first request. Alle Translation's right of offset is reserved. e) In the event of repetition of Erroneous/Unauthorized/Suspicious refund transactions, Alle Translation has the right to suspend or terminate the User's membership. f) If there is a justified suspicion of unauthorized use of any Payment Instrument, the User shall review the authorization of the relevant person and if they believe the transaction is fraudulent, they will not accept the payment. In this case, the User is obliged to inform Alle Translation immediately.

Principles Regarding Payments

Bu değişiklikler Site’de yayınlanarak Kullanıcı’ya bildirilecektir. c) Kullanıcı, Alle Tercüme’nin bir banka, kredi veya finans kurumu olmadığını ve Alle Tercüme tarafından işbu Sözleşme uyarınca verilen hizmetin bir bankacılık hizmeti olmadığını; Alle Tercüme’nin yalnızca tercüme hizmetleri sunduğunu kabul eder. Bu kapsamda: Alle Tercüme, Ödeme İşlemi kapsamında tahsil edilen tutarlara faiz işletmeyecek, Alle Tercüme, Ödeme Aracı ihracında bulunmayacak, Kullanıcı, Alle Tercüme’den faiz veya sair adlar altında herhangi bir menfaat talebinde bulunmayacaktır. Alle Tercüme, Kullanıcı’ya kredi verme, taksitlendirme, tahsil edilemeyen tutarlara ilişkin ödeme veya ödeme garantisi verme yahut bu anlama gelecek faaliyetlerde bulunamaz. Kullanıcı, Alle Tercüme’den bu kapsamda herhangi bir talepte bulunmamayı kabul ve taahhüt eder. Bununla birlikte, Kullanıcı kendi inisiyatifiyle taksitlendirme yaptığı takdirde, taksit bedellerinin ödenmesine ilişkin ödeme hizmeti İyzico tarafından sunulabilecektir. 9.2. ÖDEME İŞLEMLERİNE İLİŞKİN ESASLAR a) İyzico tarafından aktarım yapılmasına rağmen ilgili banka tarafından Alle Tercüme’ye ödeme yapılmaması hâlinden Alle Tercüme sorumlu değildir. b) Ödemenin gerçekleştirilebilmesi için ilgili İyzico’nun ödemeye ilişkin provizyon vermesi gerekmektedir. Kullanıcı, Alle Tercüme’ye Site kullanılarak yapılan her bir İşlem için provizyon alınmış olması ve İşlem’in “tamamlandı” durumuna geçmiş olması kaydıyla Hizmet bedelini ödeyecektir. Kullanıcı’nın İyzico aracılığıyla işleme konu tutarı transfer etmesi ve İyzico tarafından olumlu provizyon alınması dahil olmak üzere, ilgili taraflar tarafından talep edilen tüm işlemlerin uygun bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi hâlinde, İşlem’e “tamamlandı” durumu atanacaktır. c) İyzico’na işlemle ilgili olarak olumsuz bir provizyon verilmesi hâlinde, Kullanıcı konu hakkında bilgilendirilecek ve İşlem’e, varsa İyzico tarafından İşlem’in neden tamamlanmadığını gösteren bir açıklama ile birlikte uygun durum atanacaktır. d) İnternet Sitesi üzerinden sunulan Hizmetlere ilişkin ücretlendirme Alle Tercüme tarafından yapılmakta olup, Kullanıcı, Alle Tercüme’nin bu kapsamda herhangi bir kontrol veya sorumluluğunun bulunmadığını kabul eder.

Kullanıcı’nın İyzico aracılığıyla işleme konu tutarı transfer etmesi ve İyzico tarafından olumlu provizyon alınması dahil olmak üzere, ilgili taraflar tarafından talep edilen tüm işlemlerin uygun bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi hâlinde, İşlem’e “tamamlandı” durumu atanacaktır. c) İyzico’na işlemle ilgili olarak olumsuz bir provizyon verilmesi hâlinde, Kullanıcı konu hakkında bilgilendirilecek ve İşlem’e, varsa İyzico tarafından İşlem’in neden tamamlanmadığını gösteren bir açıklama ile birlikte uygun durum atanacaktır. d) İnternet Sitesi üzerinden sunulan Hizmetlere ilişkin ücretlendirme Alle Tercüme tarafından yapılmakta olup, Kullanıcı, Alle Tercüme’nin bu kapsamda herhangi bir kontrol veya sorumluluğunun bulunmadığını kabul eder.
Principles Regarding Payments
9.1. GENEL ESASLAR a) Alle Tercüme, Sözleşme kapsamında, Kullanıcı tarafından kendisine iletilen bedellerin, Madde 7.3(c) uyarınca ödeme emrinin verildiği kabul edilen tarihi takip eden iş günü içerisinde İyzico aracılığıyla tahsil edilmesinden sorumludur. b) Alle Tercüme, ücretlendirme koşullarını tek taraflı olarak değiştirme yetkisine sahiptir. Bu değişiklikler Site’de yayınlanarak Kullanıcı’ya bildirilecektir. c) Kullanıcı, Alle Tercüme’nin bir banka, kredi veya finans kurumu olmadığını ve Alle Tercüme tarafından işbu Sözleşme uyarınca verilen hizmetin bir bankacılık hizmeti olmadığını; Alle Tercüme’nin yalnızca tercüme hizmetleri sunduğunu kabul eder. Bu kapsamda: Alle Tercüme, Ödeme İşlemi kapsamında tahsil edilen tutarlara faiz işletmeyecek, Alle Tercüme, Ödeme Aracı ihracında bulunmayacak, Kullanıcı, Alle Tercüme’den faiz veya sair adlar altında herhangi bir menfaat talebinde bulunmayacaktır. Alle Tercüme, Kullanıcı’ya kredi verme, taksitlendirme, tahsil edilemeyen tutarlara ilişkin ödeme veya ödeme garantisi verme yahut bu anlama gelecek faaliyetlerde bulunamaz. Kullanıcı, Alle Tercüme’den bu kapsamda herhangi bir talepte bulunmamayı kabul ve taahhüt eder. Bununla birlikte, Kullanıcı kendi inisiyatifiyle taksitlendirme yaptığı takdirde, taksit bedellerinin ödenmesine ilişkin ödeme hizmeti İyzico tarafından sunulabilecektir. 9.2. ÖDEME İŞLEMLERİNE İLİŞKİN ESASLAR a) İyzico tarafından aktarım yapılmasına rağmen ilgili banka tarafından Alle Tercüme’ye ödeme yapılmaması hâlinden Alle Tercüme sorumlu değildir. b) Ödemenin gerçekleştirilebilmesi için ilgili İyzico’nun ödemeye ilişkin provizyon vermesi gerekmektedir. Kullanıcı, Alle Tercüme’ye Site kullanılarak yapılan her bir İşlem için provizyon alınmış olması ve İşlem’in “tamamlandı” durumuna geçmiş olması kaydıyla Hizmet bedelini ödeyecektir. Kullanıcı’nın İyzico aracılığıyla işleme konu tutarı transfer etmesi ve İyzico tarafından olumlu provizyon alınması dahil olmak üzere, ilgili taraflar tarafından talep edilen tüm işlemlerin uygun bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi hâlinde, İşlem’e “tamamlandı” durumu atanacaktır. c) İyzico’na işlemle ilgili olarak olumsuz bir provizyon verilmesi hâlinde, Kullanıcı konu hakkında bilgilendirilecek ve İşlem’e, varsa İyzico tarafından İşlem’in neden tamamlanmadığını gösteren bir açıklama ile birlikte uygun durum atanacaktır. d) İnternet Sitesi üzerinden sunulan Hizmetlere ilişkin ücretlendirme Alle Tercüme tarafından yapılmakta olup, Kullanıcı, Alle Tercüme’nin bu kapsamda herhangi bir kontrol veya sorumluluğunun bulunmadığını kabul eder.
DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
a) This Agreement shall come into effect on the date specified in Article 4.1(b) and shall remain in effect until terminated by the parties. b) If either party fails to fulfill its obligations arising from this Agreement, the other Party shall give a notice to the Party at fault, providing a period of 14 (fourteen) days to remedy the breach, and if the breach is not remedied within this period, the Agreement shall be deemed terminated without the need for further notice. c) The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice of termination at least 1 (one) month in advance without stating any reason. Alle Tercüme shall have the right to terminate the Agreement without stating any reason and without compensation by giving written notice 2 (two) months in advance. Obligations that are due prior to the termination date of the Agreement must be fulfilled, and the claims that arise until the termination date are reserved for the Parties. d) During the term of this Agreement, in the event of the User’s: - Falling into insolvency, - Bankruptcy, - Postponement of bankruptcy, - Being subject to procedures related to the appointment of a trustee or concordat, - De facto cessation of its activities, - Substantial change in the subject of its activities (including the requested services), - Disposing of all or a significant portion of its assets, Alle Tercüme may terminate the Agreement without any compensation by immediately stopping its Services. e) Alle Tercüme may suspend the Service and close the Site in cases where there is suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorized use. In this case, unless there are provisions in the relevant legislation that prevent the provision of information or objective reasons that threaten security, Alle Tercüme will inform the User about the matter and will resume the Service and Site for the User's use when the reason for the suspension is lifted.

VARIOUS PROVISIONS
a) The terms and conditions to be announced on the www.allellc.com website regarding the services provided by Alle Tercüme constitute an annex and an integral part of this Agreement. This Agreement will always be accessible to the User on Alle Tercüme’s website www.allellc.com or its affiliated addresses. b) All kinds of fees, charges, and taxes arising from this Agreement shall be borne by the parties in accordance with the relevant legislation. c) The parties may not transfer or assign any receivables arising from this Agreement, whether past or future, to third parties in any way without the written consent of the other Party. d) Alle Tercüme may announce any changes to the Agreement on its website and/or publish new versions. In relation to changes, Alle Tercüme will notify the User, at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the effective date of the change, about the scope of the change, effective date, and the User's right of termination. In this case, the User reserves the right to terminate the Agreement without any fee, and if no objection is made within the specified 30 (thirty) day period, the changes will be deemed accepted. e) Events that prevent the Parties from fulfilling their obligations due to reasons that occur without their will, for which they cannot intervene, and which are not reasonably foreseeable (including but not limited to war, martial law, mobilization, terrorist acts, natural disasters, fire, strikes, and lockouts) shall be considered as force majeure. In the event of the occurrence of a force majeure circumstance, the obligations concerning the Agreement shall be suspended until the force majeure ceases. If the suspension period exceeds 1 (one) month, the Parties shall have the right to terminate this Agreement. f) The User shall comply with the laws and other relevant legal regulations, the rules of banks and payment card institutions, and the rules and procedures prepared by Alle Tercüme. g) The User is responsible for determining the services they request in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers or other relevant legal provisions, and shall not use misleading information and/or words. The User shall be personally liable for any damages that Alle Tercüme may incur regarding the relevant services due to violation of these rules. h) If Alle Tercüme detects that the User has provided misleading information and/or words related to the services requested by the User, it has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement. In case of unilateral termination of the Agreement by Alle Tercüme, the User shall not be entitled to claim any damages from Alle Tercüme. i) If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid for any reason, the applicability and/or validity of other provisions or the Agreement shall not be affected by this invalidity. j) The parties agree that the records accessible through the Site shall be deemed a covenant of evidence between the parties. k) The Parties accept that the Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be competent to resolve any disputes arising from this Agreement. l) The Parties shall notify the other Party in writing of any changes to the addresses specified in this Agreement; otherwise, notifications and communications to the addresses in the existing Agreement shall be considered valid notifications. Alle Tercüme shall send notifications to the User under this Agreement to the email address specified by the User in the contract. However, according to Article 18/3 of the Turkish Commercial Code, notices regarding defaulting the other party or terminating the Agreement shall be made through notary, registered mail, telegram, or using a secure electronic signature via the registered electronic mail (KEP) system.
