Law is a fundamental system that ensures that affairs are conducted in accordance with laws and regulations worldwide. Although the legal system varies from one country to another, many common legal rules and practices have been established thanks to international and regional organizations. Legal language generally has a complex and dense structure in terms of terminology and sentence structures. Therefore, when performing legal translation, the terms and sentence structures of the source text must primarily be understood thoroughly.

What is Legal Translation?
If one of the parties to the case is outside the country where the hearing takes place; it is necessary to apply to international judicial assistance (letters rogatory) mechanisms for processes such as the notification of documents like decisions, summons, and warnings, collecting defenses and statements, and obtaining necessary information and documents.
If one of the parties to the case is in a foreign country, all these processes are conducted with interpretation assistance. Additionally, powers of attorney, indemnities, declarations, notifications, and consents that are sent abroad or received from abroad must be accurately and officially translated and approved by the competent authorities in order to gain official status and be processed in the other country.
