What is the Difference Between a Certified Translator and a Non-Certified Translator?

A Certified Translator makes a translation valid for official institutions by signing it and stamping it. A translation done by a Non-Certified Translator has no validity and credibility in official institutions. A notarization is not required for a translation made by a Non-Certified Translator. If you need an official procedure like a notary approval, you need to have the translation done by a Certified Translator.

Notarized Translation is the document that has been fully and accurately translated from the source language to the target language by a Certified Translator, which is then signed and stamped at the notary.
